One of the awesome additions to the starter kit is DiGize. DiGize is a blend of tarragon, ginger, peppermint, juniper, fennel, lemongrass, anise, and patchouli essential oils.

DiGize may be applied topically over the abdomen or to the bottoms of the feet and ankles. It may also be used internally. Either add a few drops to an empty gel capsule, or add to water.

Uses for DiGize:

• Add two drops to water with a drop of peppermint essential oil for a stimulating beverage.
• Use with meals along with Essentialzymes-4 to support a wellness regimen.
• Use as a dietary supplement in water when traveling abroad
• Add two to three drops to honey for a tasty snack.
